My starter kit and my Nutrimeal dah sampai yesterday! The starter kit contains all the required documents needed when you enroll as a member mcm newsletter, information binder, booklets, tips and advices on the business plan, price list, and also yg plg penting is the product information. Kita mesti la nak tau what the product is all about kan?

Nutrimeal :

The Nutrimeal has 2 flavours : Dutch Chocolate and French Vanilla.

Mind you, aku ni sebenarnya takleh langsung minum anything chocolatey and white in colour tau. Senang muak, loya, muntah sume cukup huhu. The only chocolatey drink that I can manage to gulp down is only Milo. I don’t like to drink milk on its own, soya plak tgk mood. Tp kena sejuk dgn ais semua cukup.

But then when I tried the sample of Dutch Chocolate from Leeds aritu, tak muak langsung. Lelebih lagi when it is mixed with air Tropicana Twister. Sedap betul rasanya. And paling penting is the value for money. Dulu when I consumed HL, I religiously sticked to Strawberry flavour only (dah tu je flavour yg kena dgn tekak aku huhu) pastu nak kasi sedap lagi my menu was always 100ml water, 2 scoops of F1, 100ml soya from SoyFresh, 1 tub of yoghurt, blend sume cukup baru minum. A lot is required to spend in a month.

But now my menu for Nutrimeal (choc flavour that is) is only :

2-3 scoops of Nutrimeal
250ml of Tropicana Twister

That’s it. Jimat duit takyah beli soya, takyah beli yoghurt hehe. It is up to you whether you want to add plain water, fruit juice, milk or soya into your drink. For now, the above suits just fine for me πŸ™‚

Basically, the Nutrimeal is a meal replacement and kelebihan yg ada pada Nutrimeal is its low glycemic index (23 only). It also contains all the required nutrients that our body require such as protein, carbohydrate, lots of vitamins & mineral, calcium dan juga serat. I’ve personally compared the amount of nutrients for HL’s F1 and Usana’s Nutrimeal. It’s more or less the same, but when compared the amount of mg of each nutrient per 100g, Nutrimeal wins πŸ™‚

Fibergy :

If you want to opt for Fibergy pon bole coz it plays the same role to reduce cravings because of the high fibre content but it does not contain the full amount of nutrients like Nutrimeal does. Almaklumla kita yg bekerja ni, kul 10-11 pagi dah lapo, tak pon 3-4 ptg dah lapo gak kan. A serving of FIBERGY contains 12 grams of fibre from 14 different sources and it too has 2 flavours: Almond Crème and Peach Mango.

For Fibergy you can take 2 scoops of Fibergy dalam 250ml plain water/fruit juice/milk/soya and consume it anytime when you feel hungry as a replacement for snack.

Kalo nak lagi kenyang, you can take 2 scoops of Nutrimeal and 1 scoop of Fibergy in your drink.

For full effectiveness, bagi mereka yg hendak menurunkan berat badan, it is best to replace your breakfast & lunch or breakfast & dinner with the shake and try to eat a balanced low glycemic meal. Mmg susah lelebih dgn selera org Melayu kita ni kan..tau nak tibai je ape yg ada depan mata hehe tapi that is where the Desire, Determination & Discipline comes in. Kita dah pasang niat utk improve our well being and diet, skg kita dah jumpa jln penyelesaian utk menolong kita achieve that target so we must stick to the regime and discipline ourselves to follow what is best for us. Insya Allah bole..
