Diet – continue? discontinue?

Ingat nak cite pasal trip balik Penang masa CNY but since the pics are not transferred yet from the camera, cite pasal mende lain dulu la..

Arini nak ckp pasal topic di atas. DIET! Haha. Tetibe bunyi mcm Dr Oz dlm Oprah Winfrey Show plak eh. For those who did not know, saya punya figure ni haha mcm la figure mengancam sgt, saya punya weight skang ni is from consuming the Herbalife shake for 1 year ++ dah ni. Before this, I was really² chubby..and all the fat will go to my face especially. Senang je nak tau aku ni dah naik ke turun berat badan, tengok muka je la. Kalo bulat mcm belon tu, mmg chubby nak mampus la, kalo nampak dah cengkung sket tu, kurus la tu.

Hmm..tp yg pelik tu, time aku dok gemuk gedempol plak si Mr Fiance tertarik nak ngorat aku haha. Seriously, I was about 53-55kg kut at that time, perut berlipat² (sampai skang pon berlipat – but will get to it later), muka bulat, comot sume cukup..die plak slim-mlim time tu, flattt je perut mcm ironing board hahap1000498Cik Izyan glemer dlm gambo ni hehe..nampak kan perut berlipat2 nak mampus tu?

I started consuming HL after Raya 2007 (bile ek raya? tak ingat la) but I knew it was 4mths before my engagement la..d only reason why I kept on continuing drinking and drinking the shake without really thinking twice about the overall cost is because my kazen is the distributor..gue dpt special price lor huhu tu yg tak sengkek sgt. Kalo nak spend RM300++ every month..gile mati gue. Anyways, sempat gak la turun to 49kg masa tunang tu.

To say that I was an avid drinker pon tak jugak. Awal² tu mmg la breakfast minum shake, dinner pon minum shake tp akhirnya muak la. Lps tu I just drink the shake for breakfast je. Lunch, minum ptg, dinner bedal je makan heavy. Kirenye during this period I think I haven’t skipped a month without HL kut, sedar tak sedar akhirnya dah turun ke 46kg. 

1_351996909lgambo ciluk dari Friendster..hehe this was d day that I found out I was 46kg. Itu pun lepas sesaje timbang badan kat hotel room haha. Gue makin mengecut, cik abg makin mengembang. Notice d perut? ahaha, mata pun makin rabun. Dulu tak pakai spek, skang dah pakai.

Sejak dah tau berat dah cecah 46kg, serius tak caye coz I budgeted to lose weight till 47kg je..so I decided okla no need to be so vigorous about losing weight anymore so I started skipping a month without HL pastu sambung balik..or 2mths without HL pastu sambung balik. Tp tahla..i judge myself through my face la. Lately ni perasan gak muka dah start jadi cam ikan kembung balik, eventhough I’m on HL. Sometimes I wonder gak, is it because I skipped yg jadi camni? because when I skip, nafsu makan membuak² duh..especially during PMS. Takyah ckp la..dulu bukan main jaga kalo makan cereal, nak makan Nestle Fitness yg tade rasa langsung tu je coz nak jaga badan, tp during the time that I skip and somemore tgh PMS..haa bik ko beli deluxe pack Koko Krunch..pastu ada bekalak chocolate Zip la biskut bantal la..memcm cikedee hehe..bahaya siot. Lepas tu, I HAVE TO EAT CHICKEN. so mintak la nasik separuh ke ape ke, ayam tetap ada. Aku ni plak tak suke makan sayur..I think I eat about 5 jenis sayur je kut..so mcm nak guna konsep “lebihkan sayur, kurangkan lemak” is a bit errr..susah hehe.

Bile balik Penang takyah ckp ar..tak sampai bape jam makan, makan lagi. Alasan mak “sekali skala balik” huhu lagi pon makanan free. Fully sponsored by my dad..mana la tak melantak. 

So now, i think I need to be vigorous again regardless whether my weight is still 46kg or not. Tanak timbang, takut! haha. All these while, my diet has always been HL je. Nothing else. No exercise. I know it’s wrong but I got a valid reason – gue sakit lutut. Dunno why. It started 2 years ago gak la. I thought because  I was heavy and debab, tp rupenye tak. Mmg muscular pain kut. So goodbye to the days where I was the sprinter at skool, goodbye to running and wat nots coz mmg sakit la lutut. Skang pun tgh sakit sebenarnya. Sian kan? huhu. My Nike running shoes is still suci from any kotoran degil, nama je rumah dekat dgn tasik tp haram tak penah jejak kaki kat sana for the obvious reasons.

46kg means nothing if my tummy is still flabby. Serious HL does not do wonders. Takat hilang lemak² sana sini je but not ALL of the fat, die amik sket kat peha, sket kat muka, sket kat lengan camtu je la. My waist line pon unpredictable gak. Dulu 29″, skang kalo pakai Levi’s tetap maintain 28″ tp if pakai suar lain from other brands it’s either 26″ or 27″, so u see tade la byk beza sgt. Perut? tetap membuncit as ever. Dulu mungkin ada 3-4 layer kat perut tu, skang dah turun ke 1 lipatan la..haha tp lipatan yg sangat beso la..ahaha.

What I wanna do? 

  • Continue drinking HL [coz dah mcm addicted hehe]
  • Try to run or okla walk briskly kat tasik..kalo sakit lutut redah je coz I wanna burn some calories. Dulu slalue guna shopping complex utk burn calories, tp skang nak guna d natural way haha.
  • Nak try buat sit-up balik la mcm Britney. 100 situps a day. Ada berani ka? haha. Or at least try to follow like what the video below is showing.

Mr Fiance tak berkenan aku ni kurus melidi sgt, he prefers the chubby side of me. Tp aku yg tanak..i feel lighter and more confident of myself when i’m the new me. Ada beza tau! Lagi pun baju songket that we’re gonna wear on his side nanti masa kenduri kawin is freaking small! Ni la pros and cons bile sewa baju kan..d person who wore that songket before me was as small as Mila AF. Yup bayangkan..cinonit mcm tu. So bile aku try of coz la they had to open the seams and wat nots kan..muat tu mmg ler muat..mmg nampak la figure yg curvylicious ni haha BUT I dun wanna feel like sarung nangka la. So baik aku kempiskan perut, go on this so called diet lagi so that I could at least feel comfortable in that songket.

Ada idea lain tak camne nak maintain berat badan? Takkan sampai bebila nak HL je kan..muak la jugak kalo everyday for god knows how many years dok ikut the same diet plan je kan.

    daku rasa bersalah pada HL…hahahaha
    dunno lah mmg dasar tak consistent aku nih kan..semua bantai ikut mood.

    nk kuruihkn bdn tu err susah kot..cm biasa dok pn kt ngara yg aman dan damai

    gakk kn walopn dorang tu kuruih tp perut cm belon gak..aihh…maka maintain jerlah bdn cmni huhu

    miza..kalau nak perut kempis…pakai bengkung+girdle…samade u pakai time tido (but u feel uncomfortable la sket) atau u pakai waktu siang..kire pakai dari pagi sampai petang..its actually good utk kempiskan perut..the reason being…
    1. ur shape will be well define..u pakai seminggu pun u leh nampak bezanye…
    2. pakai bengkung nie leh elak dari makan byk..sbb perut rase ketat..bile makan lebih sket rase nak wek wek je haha..

    Continue je klu rs perlu continue..Hehe.100kali sit up per day tu klu hg blh buat mmg aku respect.Hehe.Aku ni takat sit up kepala je bolehla.Haha.

    Aku rs aku pun dh makin ‘bulat’.A few days ago, bf ckp muka aku dh bulat.Siot je.Hehe.

    eh i pun ambik HL wahaha. tak ingat pulak start bila, tp tak sampai setahun lagi laaa.. alhamdulillah dah ada beza sbb ramai jugak yg tegur. gumbiranya hatikuu. tp masih mau turun lg sebab tak sampai target lagi.

    tp kan i tak caye la kalau u kata perut u ada 3, 4 lipatan tu sebab i rasa u ni selim melim je dari zaman mmu dulu. tak pnah plak nampak u tembam2

    hoho actually masa u kenal i dulu, i wasn’t the kind of girl who’d bother benda2 camni, so yes, you were right. i memang tak percaya produk2 nih, i rasa byk yg tipu je. or i takut boleh affect health. but bila i dah habis study and start keje, i rasa i should start taking better care of myself.. and i tgk ada bukti dpn mata i sendiri, so i thought boleh la i cuba pulak. hehehe
