Testimonial on Bali
Pasal day 5 and day 6 cam malas plak nak update coz its mainly a free and easy day. Kitorang buat hal laki bini je masa tu haha.
Accomodation

bilik kitorang kat tingkat bwh ni..
We stayed at Wina Holiday Villa, Kuta. Sangat tak berpuas hati dengan keadaan bilik air yg cam umah flat punya je, the housekeeping yang kemasnya tak seberapa and the breakfast. Mmg dah agak akan camni pon, tp terasa gak coz it’s a honeymoon and the hotel room tu kalo bole tu welcoming la sket kan tp nak buat camne, rating hotel tu kalo kat sana ala² 3 star je. Aku rasa dok kat First World Genting toiletnya like 4x ganda lagi cun kut huhu.
Masa my hubby called them to double confirm the booking, kitorang saja la suh diorang prepare room tu utk honeymoon couple. Nak tergelak masa masuk bilik tu. Okla ada 2 stalks of roses on each of our pillow, masuk bilik air (dahla cam haram je kan bilik air dia) tgk tub dia..penuh dgn rose petals yg dah layu huhu main tabur je..aku gak la yg kene scoop balik the rose petals buang ke tong sampah before nak mandi.
Cuma yg menariknya, it’s like a chalet style, memasing ada bilik memasing. Cam kitorang, ours mengadap swimming pool pastu ada buaian kat tepi bilik kitorang. So, mcm ok gak la nak melayan feeling depan veranda ke, nak berdua-duaan kat buaian ke or nak ala-ala sunbathing mcm mat salleh kat swimming pool tu huhu. Pasal tu kitorang jarang lepak kat hotel. Kuar pagi, balik malam. Tu jela keje kami except masa hari free and easy je..membakar diri kat swimming pool and Pantai Kuta huhu. Kata dah beli swimming suit mahal kan, walaupun tak reti berenang, eksyen kene lebih..org sunbathing, kita pon sama. Org lepak, kita pon lepak ahaks.

bajet terer la konon…aku angkat pale je konpem aku tenggelam haha..
Kalo suka tempat yg happening, yg ada tempat korang bleh berjalan-jalan, fastfood, tempat nak shopping, nak tengok pantai..well Kuta is the place. Tapi kalo korang prefer privacy, carik la hotel kat daerah lain selain Kuta ye.
Our hotel mintak deposit of RP500,000 masa check in. Tekejut gak cam aah lari jap bajet, byk tuu duit ko mintak! I dunno if this is a common practice in the hotels around Bali..if it is, just be prepared for extra cash ye kengkawan.
Food
Makanan kat Kuta mmg susah nak carik if you’re on foot. Dahla walking distance from our hotel to the Kuta centre tu dlm 20min kut..mmg penat ar berjalan, so bape kali gak la kitorang melantak KFC je. Ada skali je kitorang melantak McD. Mmg ada kedai nasik padang and makanan halal yg lain area Kuta tp kena naik taxi..kitorang malas nak spend duit on taxi so kitorang telan je la ape yg ada around us. Kalo tekak korang nak jugak nasi, then terpaksa la fork out money naik taxi ye. Kat area Kuta ada je kedai cam 7-11, kalo terasa nak makan maggi cup ke biskut ke cikedee ke byk jual kat sini.
People
Kat sini orgnya ramah, bersopan santun. Maybe coz dorang nak jaga status tempat perlancongan kat Bali ni that’s why they’re extra friendly. I dun think people around Jakarta or Bandung would be this friendly coz masa kitorang kat sana when I watched the news especially dgn kes minah Manohara ni and the maid punya kes..bukan main hot sebenarnya dorang dgn negara kita. Siap ada chronology on a series of events yg Msia bikin dorang hot..so, kita sebagai Msian ni kena la be careful at all times but so far in Bali I feel very, very safe. Even Gun, our driver yg berasal dari Medan ni pon kata Bali’s crime rate is very minimal here compared to his hometown.
Money
Like I mentioned earlier, jgn tukar duit when you arrive at the airport. Another thing, jgn tukar duit sesuka hati dekat the money changer tepi2 jalan when you walk around Kuta especially. Mmg rates yg dorang letak kat luar kedai tu sangat la buat kita excited tp jgn terpedaya, ada byk kes dorang actually like to con tourists. So, the best time to exchange money is in the morning or whilst you’re out with your guide, they will bring you to the best place to change your money. Ok peeps? jgn tukar duit sendiri ye.
Culture
ni bekas sembahyang dorang..made out of daun ketupat
As you know, Bali ni 90% majority is Hindu. Very kuat pegangan agama dorang, so u will see A LOT of this bekas sembahyang lying around the streets, in front of kedai and dorang even tempek kat motosikal dorang ok. Sila respek mereka dlm hal ini and DON’T step or langkah over it. Kang kene badi pape tatau den hehe..mmg ada je org main langkah or main sepak je, kalo bole jgn la ye. Dorang ni 3x sehari sembahyang..mainly kaum wanita, kaum lelaki pemalas sket kat sana.
Bila sampai sana, korang akan terkejut dgn keadaan jalanraya. Sangat la kecik and padat! Org Bali ni suke sangat main hon..sangat merimaskan ok but that’s the culture. They hon utk bagitau yg dorang ni nak memotong, so that we are aware of them. Jalan kat Bali tak banyak traffic light..enjoy the show of mat rempit and minah rempits roaming around town eh..hehe. Laki aku yg jenis confident bab2 driving ni pon pk 10 kali nak sewa motor ke idak ronda around Bali haha..dia pon cuak.
Lagi satu, most places that you go esp the tourist attractions kita kena kuarkan duit utk bayar the entrance fees. So make sure you have money for that eh..the driver plak kene bayar the exit fees. From my personal point of view, Bali ni sesuai utk ADULTS ONLY. Kalo sesape yg ada anak, kalo anak tu dah cecah 18thn ke atas, sesuai la bwk..kalo tak, takyah la. I dun think they really appreciate the temples, the culture and the Mat Salleh roaming around. Dah beso2 nanti bole la kut eh almaklumla Pantai Kuta tu kan open beach..tak elok ler nampak mat salleh topless kan huhu.
Immigration
When you fly into Bali, you will need to fill in 3 types of form : Health Declaration form (H1N1 punya pasal la ni), borang custom, Arrival and Departure card. Serahkan sume bila kat immigration KECUALI departure card. Simpan card tu dlm passport sampai la on the day u’re leaving Bali. Time tu baru kasi balik kat org immigration tu.
Sila prepare RP150,000 per person when leaving out to Bali. This is the airport tax that you need to pay to them. Ada my ofismates tatau pasal ni, tak cukup duit so dorang terpaksa byr in MYR, tp kira mahal gak coz the officer made a default price of RM70. Kalo diconvertkan, tak sampai sebenarnya..it should be around RM50++.
Tour guide

Kitorang kepingin nak pakai Pak Isme. Kitorang tak dpt guna dia coz he was already booked by some other tourist the same day as ours..rasanya next time kalo gi Bali walaupun dah ronda 3/4 of Bali nak pakai perkhidmatan dia la. Our driver, Gun is ok…tapi coz dia masa tu jadi stand in for Pak Isme, layanan yg dia bagi tu biasa-biasa saja..coz he too has his own bisnes, dia ckp kalo kita book directly bwh dia…lagi special treatment dia bagi (how special I dunno la). Tp both of them are good..kalo korang jenis nak ada tour guide yg bebetul bring u to the place and explain everything in detail kene byr lebih sket. Tapi kalo korang mcm kami berdua ni takat book driver je pastu dah sampai tempat tu its free and easy..then it’s cheaper. Kalo nak contact number Pak Isme/Gun, please inform me. I will give u personally yeah. Just email me at crystalgalmieza@gmail.com.
Expenses
ok ni topic plg penting kan..bape byk duit nak bwk? initially we planned to use 2K only tp kitorang bwk extra RM500 cash kut. Duit yg kitorang guna sume hasil dari pemberian org masa wedding aritu. Huhu lesap guna utk honeymoon, tak sentuh duit gaji hik2. Tapi in the end we spent about 3K coz terlebih borong barang and the mistake that we made in the airport tukar duit sensiang tu. Rugi. Tapi the shorter the duration of your stay, the lesser la u spend betul tak. Kitorang ni 6 days 5 nights, pastu beli souveniers pun byk coz adik beradik hubbyku pon dah 7 org, blm masuk mak bapak, anak buah, ipar2 lagi hehe..so pepaham ler why our expenses cam rocket sket kat sana.
Anyways…this is all for now for Bali. No more Bali updates dah..aih I miss Bali so much u knoww..suke sgt gi sana. Now back to my usual wifey routine..and my wifey updates..chow~!
Honeymoon@Bali – Day 4
Day 4 : Tanjung Benoa – Nusadua Beach – Garuda Wisnu Kencana Culture Park – Blue point Beach – Uluwatu
14 June 2009 was my 26th birthday celebrated at Bali.
Celebrated eh? tade la..sambung tour around Bali gak cuma bezanya the hubby treated me with the trip to Turtle Island. Huhu. Camni alkisahnya, patutnye the plan for that day as you can see byk beaches yg kitorang bakal pegi kan. So the attire was casual. Cuma kat Tanjung Benoa ni ada activity air sket..ala cam kat Batu Feringghi, PD sume tu. Hubbyku ni kureng sket bab² tu. Aku ni walaupun tak reti berenang and gayat, aku penah je buat parasailing, slamber je naik parachute tu tetengah laut huhu. Nak suh aku naik speedboat ke memane pulau? bole je..no hal. Dah penah wat dah p Pulau Dayang Bunting kat Langkawi, kat Penang pon penah. Laki aku ni kureng gak.
Bila sampai sana, bole nampak cam laki aku ni liat sket nak wat mende tu, somemore harga dia bole tahan pricey. Memula dorang offer harga RP700,000 semata² utk naik bottom glass boat p tetengah laut sket tgk ikan and coral pastu zoom off to Turtle Island. Tp bila laki aku asyik rejek je siap dah nak patah balik ke driver mintak p tempat lain, dorang turunkan ke RP400,000. Hajat di hati sebenarnya nak tengok dolphin..tp Gun ckp kalo tgk dolphin kene bgn awal, naik boat 3 jam pastu tahla god knows how much is d price. So, tak jadi..lari gila kang bajet. Tp coz I think laki aku ni cam nak tebus balik kut tak dpt bwk aku tgk dolphin dia agree la to that price and off we went to Turtle Island as my bday treat huhu. Walaupun still considered pricey, and aku ckp takpela takyah..tp dia nak jugak wat, so ape lagi..ronda la!

1st time nampak ikan and coral, almaklumler taknah sampai ke Redang/Perhentian lagi. Nama ikan ni ikan Sayang-sayang..dia mkn roti je huhu
sebenarnya tkyah pakai lifejacket pon takpe..tapi tgk laki aku dok control semcm je atas boat tu, takpela kita pakai hehe. lagi pon safety precaution kan
Dah sampai Turtle Island, ada la sorang guide ni bwk kitorang keliling d small compound. As expected u’ll see turtles la kan. Big ones, small ones and you get to touch it. Best! Pastu ada lagi memcm binatang utk dipegang..kitorang pegang sume yg ada. Pastu lelebih lagi bila ada ular kan? Haa aku ni peminat ular..jgn tatau. Hehe. Pantang kalo pegi memane ada cam sesi bergambar dgn ular ke ape mesti aku nak amik..kat Melaka penah dah amik dgn ular kaler kuning tu, kat Langkawi dah, skang Bali plak! mmg sesuai la aku dibwk ke sini..excited aku dpt pegang binatang ni sume hehe. Laki aku geli dengan ular..so dia dpt nyorok blakang aku je la..ahaks.

mulut ular ni kene selotape siot..sian dia..
Pastu dah balik ke main island, kitorang ronda-ronda kat area beaches yg lain known as Nusadua. Kat cni la u will see all the 5 star hotels which I wish I was staying at rather than the hotel that we were staying tapi takpee..hotel kat Msia berlambak gak 5 star. Lautnya cantek laa..adeh tak tahan ok!
Then, kitorang pegi ke GWK Culture Park. Read more about it here (http://www.indo.com/travel_agents/gwk/) Kat cni the limestone walls and pillars and the vast open space with the huge figure of the Garuda and Wisnu that makes this place interesting. Kitorang mkn lunch kat cni recommended by the driver, halal and bleh tahan sedap la gak. First time aku makan Nasi Timbel Campur huhu.

We then went on to Blue Point..sebenarnya ni tempat lepak surfer dudes and babes yg professional. Lepas park van kat tepi tebing ni, kitorang kene go down the cliff, dgn laluan kecik ni kat tempat lepak dorang. Laut kat sini sangat la dalam and so damn beautiful. Slama ni ingat laut yg aku dok nampak sepanjang our stay there dah cukup cantek tp bila sampai cni..fuh..tak terkata. First time tengok depan batang hidung sendiri org surfing walaupun ombak kat cni tade la besar mana pon..
bintik kecik2 kat tetengah laut tu surfers

Dah puas melayan feeling about 1hr kat sini mengadap laut and surfers, we went to Uluwatu. Ni the last pitstop..ingatkan nak standby nak tunggu Kecak Dance but kitorang sampai terlebih awal dlm kul 3pm. Kecak Dance starts at 7pm. Terasa rugi gak coz nearly every major attraction in Bali kitorang dah cover tp Kecak Dance plak tak dpt tengok. Bukan ape, Uluwatu ni penuh dgn kera. Pastu, tempat nak memborong barang pon tade mcm kat Tanah Lot, templenya pon tade la sebesar mana so kitorang tade tempat nak melepak for 3hrs..nak tanak kitorang mintak utk dibwk balik je la..tp view kat Uluwatu ni cantik jugak coz it’s sitted on top of a cliff..so pepaham jela viewnya camne..sempat jugak kitorang nampak sekor penyu dlm laut dari cliff tu.
Before sampai hotel, kitorang singgah mkn kat Ayam Bakar Wong Solo. Taknah try kat Ampang, terus try kat Bali dulu..huhu okla bleh tahan gak la..tp aku prefer Nasi Timbel hehe.
mcm biasa..layan pics kat cni eh..esp gambar2 kat Turtle Island and Uluwatu..http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=86577&id=722877581
Honeymoon@Bali – Day 3
Selagi tak abeh entry aku pasal Bali ni, selagi tu ler korang terpaksa ngadap ek..niat utk merajinkan diri every single day punya activity in detail is for those strangers out there yg berkenan di hati nak pegi kat Bali, hopefully some bits of my entry ni dpt la menolong korang sume huhu coz sebelum aku gi Bali pon aku wat mende yg sama gak, bloghopping utk carik info yg sesuai hehe
Day 3 : Bedugul (ulun danu temple, beratan tasek), Taman Ayun temple, Tanah lot (sunset)
When the heat and humidity finally get to you, it’s time to get away to Bedugul, Bali’s highland retreat, tucked into the crater of an extinct volcano, 1400 meters above sea level. The three lakes of the area provide the water for the fields, rivers and springs on the plains below. Lush pine forests make for clean air. The area is renowned for its fruit and vegetables. (taken from www.bali-places.com)
Perjalanan ke Bedugul ni pon lebih kurang sama mcm perjalanan ke Kintamani, but the climate is much, much cooler. Di sini for the first time kitorang nampak terselit satu masjid and satu community penganut agama Islam. Baru la terasa cam aah no temples! Once dah sampai ke Bedugul, it is a must go for all tourists to Ulun Danu Temple & Beratan Lake.

dah tgk budak skolah, sawah padi, siap amik gambar and naik bukit pon tak sampai lagi! hehe.
The scenery here takyah cakap la..cantek! As you walk along the lake, not only will you see the famous landmark of Ulun Danu temple but the backdrop of a mountain view with the morning fog blakang temple tu yg buat scenery tu makin cantik.
Ulun Danu temple

inside the compound plak full of grenery and pokok-pokok..so nak amik gambar celah2 pokok ke, celah2 batu ke nak golek2 cam hindustan ke (ada tau minah mat salleh ni posing cam ala2 model calendar gitu kat tetengah padang tu)..bole ler amik kat cni ye cam kitorang hehe.

Bedugul is also famous for its fruit and vegetable market ala-ala Cameron Highlands. Kalo tekak tu terasa nak makan strawberi, kat cni ada. Nak carik souvenier pon bole mcm kitorang..sempat gak rembat lagi barang. Kat cni ada gak Muslim sellers, terharu tetibe ada org bagi salam bila kita lalu depan gerai dia. Huhu. Plg tak tahan, kitorang beli kepek kat cni hehe. Kalo dah namanya ada darah Jawa, titbits yg dicarik tetap kepek. Ahaks.
Lepas tu, since Taman Ayun is much further away from Bedugul, the driver brought us to a restaurant for lunch. Again, tempat ni buffet style and tax pun tetap 21%. Kali ni view yg dihidangkan kpd kami is the view of the rice terrace dgn udara yg nyaman. Kat cni, kitorang tawakal jela based on the driver coz carik tanda Halal tak jumpa, dahla salah satu buffet tray tu ada pork satay..but since we put full trust on him, kitorang redah saje..udah lapo!

aku ni sebenarnya tak suka mee kuning tp sampai kat Bali, jadi suka plak..sedap!
Masa ni korang nampak muka aku kewl je, rupenye about 30mins later, pundi kencing aku sangat la sakit. Remember pasal aku kencing berdarah tu? Hmm ni ler salah satu penangan dia. Dahla d roads in Bali sgt la kecik and bumpy celah-celah kampung, sah2la tade R&R cam kita ni utk aku benti nak kenc kan. Aku dah menggelupur dah dlm van tu menahan pedih yg amat, dah nak nangeh dah, terpaksa gak suh my hubby ckp kat the driver to find a toilet NOW.
Cari punya cari tp tade..terpaksa la kitorang benti kat pasar ye. Yup, pasar basah. Takyah tanya aku la camne keadaan toiletnya..huhu. Dgn air yg tade, kitorang terpaksa beli air mineral, dgn keadaan toilet yg aku rasa TAK PERNAH berbasuh, tp coz dah pedih sgt, sgt aku gagahkan diri jugak huhu baru la nampak muka ceria sket bila sampai Taman Ayun.
Next stop : Taman Ayun. Korang tgk la ye pics dia..ada org kata this place BCL and Ashraff Sinclair penah shoot kat cni for one of their movies..ape ek tajuk movie dia? lupa dah.

Aku sebenarnya tak sabar nak cite pasal Tanah Lot because ni la tempat yg aku nakkk sangat pegi kat Bali ni. Dah sampai sana, mmg kami berdua sgt teruja, we spent 3 hours there whilst waiting for sunset. Kat sana pon ada bykk kedai utk korang memborong barang, so tade la bosan sangat dok jalan keliling the temple je, at least bole escape jap, ronda2 beli barang pastu dtg balik tgk d view of Tanah Lot. Mmg puas ati sesangat pegi sini!

we were lucky that we arrived during the low tide, so bole berjalan kat bwh, celah batu-batu, and berada bebetul tepi the temple itself. The ocean front view tu takyah ckp la..magnificient! Bila sampai kat Bali ni, this is one of the things yg aku kagum..keindahan lautnya with the waves..fuh. Cantikkkkkk.

Sunset is around 6pm++, sume org dah berkumpul kat tebing2 looking out to the ocean for the sunset. Aku siap amik video lagi of the sunset..huhu jakun. Taknah tgk sunset by the sea. Air pon dah start pasang dah sesket, lepas tgk sunset..cabut balik ke hotel.
cam biasala..space dah nak abeh. Sila pegi ke cni nak tgk more pictures :
Honeymoon@Bali – Day 2
Before aku cite 2nd day trip, meh nak bagi some tips that we learnt whilst we were there :
Travel tip # 1 – sila jangan tukar duit di airport Bali or tukar duit kat Msia bebyk dulu.
This is because kat airport, all money changer akan buat flat rate of a certain amount (masa kitorang kat sana is 2400) tapi bila korang kuar jenjalan baru korang sedar like oh the actual rate is around 2600-2900. Jgn jadi cam kami. Sampai je airport, jadi bongok terus tukar seribu ringgit wif d airport punya rate ye. Rugi byk duh. Pasal tukar duit kat Msia laks, tukar je la dlm RM200-300 je dulu jgn bebyk, again..rugi. Kitorang tukar RM500 dulu pun terasa rugi.
Day 2 @ Bali : Barong Dance – Batik Factory – Ubud – Tegalalang – Kintamani – Tampak siring
Arini ari menjelajah kawasan pedalaman Bali. Dari Kuta nak pegi ke kawasan sini sume berjam-jam. I tell you, minimum amount of travelling period from one place to the other takes 30-45min. So, bleh tahan besar gak la Bali ni. Kalo korang rasa tak puas tido mlm sebelumnya, takpe qada la pepuas dlm van ye heh.
Our first pit stop is for the Barong Dance. Barong is probably the most well known dance. It is also another story telling dance, narrating the fight between good and evil. This dance is the classic example of Balinese way of acting out mythology, resulting in myth and history being blended into one reality. (taken from http://www.indo.com). Nak kata tarian tu tade la sangat, more of storytelling. Quite boring to be frank but this is a must go for all tour guides in Bali, so nak tanak layankan je ler..I did try to appreciate the tale, tp hubbyku terus switch off. Dia tlg amikkan gambar je hehe.

rite after that we went to a batik factory named Legong Batik.
Mmg kat Msia kita dah biasa dgn batik ni, but kpd sesiapa yg interested in Indonesian batik, pegi la sini. Kitorang kat cni terlebih spend duit. Dlm RM500++ kut huhu. Bukan ape, kitorang pasang niat nak beli baju batik Indon for our dads, pastu nak beli kain batik for our mums jugak. Pastu beli sesket souvenier lagi, mmg la mahal. Some more it’s batik kan from the factory itself mcm kita beli kat Noor Arfa la..kan mahal sket? Takpe, berbaloi coz kainnya lembuttttt sgt.
Pastu we went to Ubud. Ubud is arguably the best place to use as a base if you’re visiting Bali; if you’re looking for culture, comfort, nature and inspiration. Ubud is surrounded by most of the things that bring people to Bali — scenic rice fields, small villages, art and craft communities, ancient temples, palaces, rivers, cheap accommodation and unique luxury hotels. And it’s central location makes it easy to get from Ubud to the mountains, beaches, and major towns.(taken from http://www.indo.com)
So, from the pictures below mmg kitorang teruja jugak la nak try skill tawar menawar kat cni huhu coz mmg digalakkan everytime utk start tawar 50-70% from the price given. Ubud Central Market ni mcm a mixture of Philippines market kat Sabah and Pekan Rabu la lebih kurang, kedainya byk jual mende yg sama je..but very nice. We spent an hour here borong Tshirt, keychains, coasters, dulang, placemat huhu. Tapi rasanya our skills masa ni tak terer sgt coz dpt tawar sesket je and harganya tade la murah sgt pon..ada tempat lain yg lagi murah. Haa tunggu update seterusnya!
muka penat meronda
byk kitorang beli dari kedai ni
En route to Mount Batur, kitorang singgah dekat Tegalalang which is famous for its rice terrace. Kite kat msia ni mana ada padi bukit? so bila nampak view camni..jakun rasanya. Kat celah-celah kampung atas bukit, tersergam indah satu pemandangan yg unik.

After that, we continued our long journey to Kintamani..lama gak la nak sampai ada dlm sejam lebih kut, jln pusing sana pusing sini, cuaca makin lama makin sejuk seakan Cameron Highlands. It was worth the journey coz we were greeted by this view when we reached there.

yg menariknya kat cni it reminds me of KK tp cni lagi cun la view dia. The main attraction here is the restaurants because sumenye mengadap the view. And then, you can eat outside and enjoy the breeze rather than staying indoors.

Food here is buffet style, our driver brought us to a place that’s HALAL of course..puas makan kat cni tapi quite pricey. The tax when you dine here is 21%. Understandable when u reach there..tp mmg tenang sgt pkran bila kat sana. Dengan view of Mount Batur (an active volcano btw), view of the lake, the clouds..sangat best.

kat cni kitorang sempat lagi memborong baju and keychain whilst waiting for our driver to come. Biasala kat sana, kat tepi jalan mesti ada org yg nak suh kita beli something from them..tp berbaloi jugak kitorang aritu coz we bought 10 shirts and a bundle of keychain dgn harga yg sangat murah. Kalo ikutkan sehelai tshirt tu dlm RM2-3 je..huhu.
Next stop! Tampaksiring. Here you will see the temple of Thirta Empul. Dalam bebyk temple yg kitorang pegi during our visit in Bali, I think this is the temple that I can see the devotees bebetul menyembahkan diri. From what I have googled, it is believed that the waters at this temple is holy and has some magic curative powers, that’s why when u come here you can see a lot of ppl cleansing themselves.

kita plak sebagai pengunjung kena la menghormati mereka. We’re required to wear sarong/sash whenever we are entering a temple in Bali. For my hubby, since he always wear shorts, he is required to wear a sarong..kira mcm menutup aurat la ni. Mcm aku plak..cukup la sekadar the yellow sash.

Dah puas meronda, kitorang memborong barang lagi haha. I like shopping here because here there are quite a variety of stalls and the sellers here mmg kita bole tawar-menawar gegile la. By this time kitorang dah pandai dah camne nak kawtim dgn dorang, to the extend that we could even pay in ringgit. Kui kui kui. Dari memborong kat Ubud, aku rasa kat cni lagi aku puas ati. The sellers pun appreciates when you buy from them. Driver kitorang pon pening..asal bwk ke satu tempat je mesti balik dgn 2-3 plastic bag huhu.

Honeymoon @ Bali – Day 1
Departed from our house to LCCT at 8.30am naik cab. Flight dlm kul 11.45am. Cab fees is RM65 from Shah Alam to the airport. This is the first time hubbyku pegi overseas, passport masih fresh tanpa cop imigration huhu. Mlm sebelum tu kitorang pack barang sampai kul 1pg, jeles tgk attire hubby sumenye Tshirt and suar pendek je. Aii kalo ler aku ni free hair, dah lamanya pakai hotpants tau! huhu.
This is the first time gak naik Indonesia Airasia. The flight crew were all Indonesian, so we had our first taste of Bahasa Indonesia right from the moment we took off. Tu yg jakun amik gambar sebegini di dlm plane hehe..blajar vocabulary baru!

This is the first time gak I tried the inflight meals. Demi 3 jam punya flight, aku telan je ler walaupun bukannya sedap mana pon. I miss MAS’s inflight meals, way better than Airasia. Turbulence bole tahan jugak la en route, berkali-kali gak la plane tu gegar..pening pale masa nak isi borang immigration, health declaration form masa dlm plane tu. But luckily everything went smoothly and the weather was perfect! Aku terpaksa give way to my hubby to seat at the window seat..dia jakun ye. Nak tgk awan hehe.
Bali’s timezone is exactly the same as us, cuma timing for matahari terbenam is like in Sabah. Kul 6.30pm dah sunset.
Bali’s airport bebetul terletak di tepi laut. Masa tu rasa cuak gak awat la plane ni terbang rendah sgt (lagi rendah dari plane nak landing kat Penang ye), skali tgk mak eh mmg bebetul tepi laut rupanya airportnya with the waves crushing in kat tebing keliling airport tu, kalo tsunami selamat lerr huhu and when we reached there, mmg we knew we have reached OVERSEAS haha coz the place is flooooooded with tourists from all over the world. God, i miss this kind of environment. Bleh dgr French, German, Aussie, British, Brazilian accent..i likeee! Ingat sampai Bali dgr org ckp Indon je. Rupanya salah hehe.
After dah clear immigration sume, reached the main door of the airport, punya la ramai tour guide and drivers dok angkat the papers with nama passengers sume. Dlm ati ada ke nama kitorang..tgk2 ada gak. Whee bangga rasa haha. We were greeted by the driver Gun (pronounced as Goon) and we were given flowers dan di sini la bermula alkisah En. Khairul menjadi Bapak Khairul dan Pn Hamizah menjadi Ibu Mieza haha and bermula la jugak detik laki aku ni mengshowoff his Indon skills to me. Pfft..layankan je ler.

we headed straight to the hotel for check in, masa tu dah geared up dah with how the hotel would turn out from my previous entry dulu2 tu kan..so I wasn’t putting much hope. Before stopping at the hotel, since we were using the main road around Legian-Kuta, we stopped at the Monumen Bom Bali and took some pics. Tempat yg dah dibom dah jadi tempat clubbing ke restaurant skang..tak ingat dah.

Masa sampai hotel, we were given 20min to settle everything before we headed to Jimbaran. Alkisah hotel nanti aku cite. Cite pasal Jimbaran dulu. Jimbaran is a fisherman village/area by the seaside which is very famous for its seafood sunset dinner. We were warned by Didiz already in this entry http://newlifenewbeginning.wordpress.com/2009/04/20/719/ about how it could be pricey over here. Almaklumlah seafood kan. Dahla laki aku ni tak makan ikan! haha camne tu? so bila sampai sana, kitorang amik squid dgn udang je which comes together in a set with nasi, kangkung belacan, sup jagung and drinks. Tu pon bleh tahan gak la harga dia, but way cheaper than if u take with fish.

Di sini jugak la bermula episod aku melayan feeling, tgk plane take off and landing sambil menikmati angin sepoi² dari laut dgn hidangan seafood ni. Bila dah kul 6pm camtu dah start dah live band performing at the restaurant. This is what I love to do most @ Malaysia, especially bila otak tgh kusut. Masa ni dah tak ingat Msia dah..haha. Puas ati sesangat tgk plane sampai la ke sunset.

Balik dari Jimbaran sempat tu hubby mengarah Gun suh p kedai Harley Davidson. Aku dah start rolling my eyes dah..warghh sempat jugak mamat niii..bukan main excited dpt jejak kaki ke HD Bali. Ape lagi, borong baju la dia. Bab ni sang isteri WAJIB ikut turun skali. Kalo tak, satu kedai kang dia borong..tak berbaloi tukar duit bebyk semata-mata utk brg HD ye.

The last pit stop kitorang singgah kat kedai souvenier ni tapi mende lain plak aku terpikat..hehe gelaran aku utk mende alah ni is topi askar..haha coz it looks like one pe..org Bali anggap this thing is ART, it’s not something lucah. It’s something that they appreciate. So, don’t be surprise if u see a keychain, ashtray, handphone holder all in this shape. Dorang suke. Huhu

Dah sampai area Kuta, we asked Gun to drop us off at Hard Rock je..saje nak jenjalan at that area and we walked back to the hotel. Perjalanan dari Hard Rock ke hotel takes about 15-20min walk. Balik bilik…flat terus! Penat!
